Holbein Watercolour Set of 60 5ml Tubes

This set provides a fantastic selection of Holbein's broad range of watercolours, offering an assortment of 60 colours to experiment across the range and find your favourite colours and mixes. Holbein watercolours are a high-quality European style watercolour, produced without ox-gall, animal by-products, or dispersing agents. This gives artists excellent colour density and brush control, as the paint moves slowly across the page rather than spreading uncontrollably. The set has a consistent creamy texture throughout, making it easy to lift, blend, and layer colour with predictable results. From vivid Quinacridone Scarlet and Opera Viridian Hue to earthy Burnt Umber and Raw Umber, the range spans the full spectrum needed for landscapes, portraits, and still life work.

With 60 tubes included, this set gives artists a comprehensive foundation for building a personal palette, whether working in bold saturated washes or subtle earth tones. Colours such as Cobalt Blue Hue, Ultramarine Deep, and Prussian Blue provide a strong range of blues, while Sap Green, Hooker's Green, and Olive Green cover a full spread of naturals and foliage tones. Metallic and specialty shades like Gold and Silver add versatility for decorative or mixed-media touches. Each tube maintains the same excellent colour density and brush control found across the Holbein range, so quality remains consistent no matter which colour is chosen. This set is well suited to artists wanting to explore Holbein's full watercolour range in one collection.
