Specifications:
- 3 x 3ml whitening gels

Directions to use:
- Gently brush your teeth with toothpaste and rinse with water
- Clean the mouth tray and dry it
- Then, on the whitening light unit, remove the battery's insulating piece, and ensure the batteries are inserted
- Attach the mouth tray to the teeth whitening light unit
- Apply 1/4 syringe of the Whitening Gel into each side of the mouth tray
- Apply just enough to coat the front surface of your teeth, but NOT your gums
- Insert the mouth tray (still attached to the whitening light unit) into your mouth and over your teeth
- Wipe off any gel that is in contact with your gums
- Press the start button. This will commence the 10 minute countdown
- The light unit will turn off automatically at the end of the 10 minutes with an audible prompt tone
- Rinse your teeth with warm water, then remove the mouth tray from the teeth whitening light unit
- Clean the mouth tray
- Repeat this whitening procedure daily for at least 6 consecutive days and until all the gels are finsihed and see the results

Tip:
- For faster results press the start button for another 10 minutes straight after the first 10 minutes once the audible prompt tone has been heard
- Only do this extra 10 minutes if you felt no sensitivity during the first 10 minutes
