Important Usage Notes (Please Read)
First-cycle time: The very first batch takes about 30 minutes - this is normal, as the internal system needs to reach optimal cooling temperature.
Temperature matters: The actual ice-making time varies with ambient temperature. Warmer rooms (above 25 C) may extend the cycle to ~30 min, while cooler environments (below 20 C) can shorten it to ~10 min.
Ice clumping: If the ice comes out as a single block, don't worry - simply gently tap it with the included ice scoop to break it into individual cubes.
If ice fails to release because it is too hard due to low temperature, don't worry - simply use the forced ice-release function. See the user manual for details.
Always place the machine on a flat, stable surface with good ventilation.
Before first use: After receiving the machine, please let it stand upright for at least 24 hours before plugging in and starting.
