HW300-MAX Digital Coating Thickness Gauge for Car Paint and Metal

Inspect paint films, plated surfaces and protective coatings without damaging the underlying material with the HW300-MAX Digital Coating Thickness Gauge.

The instrument automatically identifies compatible ferrous and non-ferrous metal substrates. It can measure non-magnetic coatings such as paint, enamel and chrome on steel, as well as paint and anodised coatings on aluminium, copper and other compatible non-ferrous metals.

Its backlit digital display provides a clear thickness reading and supports m, mm and mil measurement units. Statistical functions include maximum, minimum, average, difference and reading count, helping users compare multiple points across a vehicle panel or coated workpiece.

The included calibration foils and metal reference plate support zero and multi-point calibration. Its compact ABS housing and textured anti-slip grip are suitable for workshops, used-car inspections, manufacturing, metal processing, surface treatment and general quality-control applications.
