R600a (Isobutane) is a high-purity natural hydrocarbon refrigerant widely used in household and commercial refrigeration systems. It has excellent thermodynamic properties, zero ozone depletion potential (ODP=0), and very low global warming potential (GWP), making it one of the most eco-friendly alternatives to R12 and R134a.
