The 3.5mm × 650mm (65cm) Dog Choke Chain is a strong, durable chain collar designed for controlled handling and responsible dog training. Its sturdy 3.5mm metal links make it suitable for many medium to large dogs where a robust training collar is required.
The smooth-linked chain is designed to move freely through the end rings, allowing the collar to loosen when tension is released. It can be useful during supervised walking and training when used correctly by a responsible handler.
Choosing the correct size is extremely important for your dog's comfort and safety. Measure around the widest part of your dog's head/neck area as appropriate for fitting, and allow approximately 7.5cm to 10cm additional length when selecting the chain size. This extra allowance helps the chain pass comfortably over the dog's head and prevents choosing an unnecessarily tight collar.
A 650mm chain should not be selected based on the dog's weight alone, as dogs of similar weight can have very different neck and head measurements.
Always use this training chain responsibly and under supervision. Never leave a choke chain on an unattended or tethered dog. Regularly inspect the chain and rings for wear, damage or deformation.
