The 10oz traditional medium texture weave used for our Premium Cotton Canvas is suitable for oil and acrylic painting. It is excellent for varied work, from thin washes to thick impasto marks, and is universally primed to protect the natural fibres of the cotton. Each canvas is tightly stretched over a sturdy pine wood stretcher frame and has the look and feel of a canvas that has been made for you by hand. Unique to this range are a number of sizes that have the proportions of the Golden Ratio, the shape considered most aesthetically pleasing throughout western art history.
