JC Le Roux - Sauvignon Blanc Sparkling Wine - 750ml
The grapes were harvested by hand at 21 degrees to 22 degrees balling. In the cellar the juice had no skin contact and was fermented at 13 - 15 degrees celsius for 12 days. After fermentation, the sparkle was created by injecting the wine with CO2.
