The included front white light and red rear light can be attached to the mount's 1/4"-20 screws, or to various spots on your bike using stretchable bands. A simple push of a button turns that lights on and lets you select between continuous or flashing modes. Also included is a 1/4"-20 to three-prong mount adapter for attaching a GoPro housing or frame. For times when you just want to attach just a single GoPro, the section of the mount featuring the 1/4"-20 mounts can be removed completely by loosening a side thumbscrew. Once removed, you're left with a single GoPro three-prong mount.
