   • No. The entire white unit is the filter. Once it reaches its 1,500 litre capacity or after 8 to 12 months (whichever comes first), the entire unit is replaced.

2. Does this filter remove sediment (dirt and sand)?

   • While the Disruptor technology is highly effective against microscopic particles, if your water source is visibly dirty or has high sediment, it is highly recommended to use a cheap, coarse sediment filter before this unit to prevent premature clogging and preserve the Disruptor's lifespan.

3. What is the maximum flow rate?

   • The maximum recommended flow rate is 3 litres per minute. This ensures the water has enough contact time with the filtration media for effective purification.
