Description
Create amazing smokey flavour profiles by adding your favourite wood chunk to your coals.
Ensure combustion of the wood chunk for a almost translucent blue smoke. Do not wet the chunks.
There are a number of flavours to choose from to create different smoke profiles.
Oak - Stronger than fruit woods. Imparts medium smoke flavour.
Goes well with most meat. Chicken, Lamb, Pork, Fish or Beef.
