Kensington EQ 15.6-inch Notebook Privacy Screen Filter EQ156A169E

Kensington EQ 15.6-inch Notebook Privacy Screen Filter EQ156A169E The Kensington EQ156A169E Privacy Screen Filter is designed for 15.6-inch laptops with a 16:9 aspect ratio, helping protect sensitive on-screen information from unwanted side viewing. Its limited ±30° viewing angle darkens the display when viewed from the sides while maintaining a clear view from directly in front, making it suitable for offices, travel and public working environments. Key Features: Designed for 15.6-inch laptop displays 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio Two-way privacy protection Limited ±30° side viewing angle Reversible matte and glossy surfaces Anti-reflective coating helps reduce glare Scratch-resistant surface Compatible with touchscreen displays Blue-light filtering Frameless tab mounting option Double-sided adhesive mounting option Made with post-consumer recycled plastic Suitable for office, travel and public environments Features Two-Way Privacy Protection The privacy filter limits the visible viewing area to approximately ±30° from the centre of the screen. Users positioned directly in front maintain a clear view, while people viewing from the sides see a darkened screen. Reversible Matte and Gloss Finish The reversible design allows users to select a matte surface to help minimise glare or a glossy surface for enhanced screen clarity, depending on the working environment and personal preference. Anti-Reflective and Scratch-Resistant An anti-reflective coating helps reduce reflections from surrounding light sources, while the 2H scratch-resistant matte surface adds an additional layer of protection against everyday marks and wear. Flexible Installation The filter can be installed using the included frameless tab holders for easy removal or double-sided adhesive strips for a cleaner semi-permanent installation. Touchscreen Compatible The thin privacy filter is compatible with suitable touchscreen laptops, allowing users to retain touch functionality while adding visual privacy and screen protection. Sustainability-Focused Design The EQ privacy filter incorporates post-consumer recycled plastic and is supplied in FSC-certified packaging, supporting organisations seeking accessories with improved sustainability credentials. Designed specifically for 15.6-inch displays with a 16:9 aspect ratio. Check the visible screen dimensions before purchase to ensure correct fit. Privacy protection operates from the left and right sides rather than above and below.
