Gateron Low Profile Red Switches Pre-lubed Gateron Low Profile Red switches provide a smooth linear keypress with low sound levels, making them suitable for office work and gaming. The switches feature approximately 50 ± 15gf operating force, 1.7 ± 0.4mm pre-travel and 3.0 ± 0.2mm total travel. Triple-Mode Connectivity Connect using low-latency 2.4GHz wireless, Bluetooth 5.1 or a USB Type-C wired connection. The 2.4GHz and wired modes provide a fast 1000Hz polling rate, while Bluetooth supports convenient wireless use across compatible devices. QMK/VIA Customisation QMK firmware and Keychron Launcher compatibility allow individual keys to be remapped, macros to be created and shortcuts to be customised for different workflows. Separate macOS and Windows keymaps provide additional flexibility across operating systems. Hot-Swappable Low-Profile Switches The hot-swappable PCB allows compatible Gateron or Keychron low-profile mechanical switches to be replaced without soldering, making it easy to customise the typing feel or replace individual switches when required. Internal acoustic foam helps reduce unwanted typing noise, while redesigned stabilisers improve consistency on larger keys such as Spacebar, Shift and Enter.
