GENEROUS HOME CAPACITY: The KK12 holds approximately 6-7kg of wet biltong and produces around 3-3.5kg of finished biltong per batch, depending on moisture loss and preferred dryness.
DUAL DRYING FUNCTIONS: Select Biltong Mode for traditional air-dried meat or Dehydrator Mode for jerky, fruit, vegetables, herbs, rusks and more.
VERSATILE FAMILY USE: Make biltong, droëwors, cabanossi, snapsticks, biltong leaves, nuggets and other dried treats from one compact chamber.
