König Coffee Roasters, in Cape Town and Johannesburg, have been established years ago to specialise in roasting coffee for the König Coffee network who mainly focus on Automatic Coffee machines.
Our main focus have been to roast every Origin of Coffee separate and then we blend it to ensure every bean is roasted perfectly. Medium to medium-dark is our range and we found that is the best for automatic coffee machines. Full bodied, somewhat sweet, and all the flavour before the bitterness kick in.
