The KONNWEI BK400 Bluetooth Battery Monitor provides continuous battery monitoring through a Bluetooth-connected mobile app. Designed for vehicle batteries, it supports voltage, temperature, cranking and charging tests, while allowing up to six batteries to be monitored simultaneously. The BK400 also provides battery history, trip recording, scheduled data collection and a Find Car function for convenient long-term monitoring.

Wide 3-60V Battery Monitoring Range

The BK400 supports an input voltage range of 3-60V, making it suitable for monitoring a broad range of compatible battery systems. The monitor provides voltage readings through the BK400 mobile application for convenient access to battery information.

Real-Time Bluetooth Battery Monitoring

Connect the BK400 to your smartphone through Bluetooth 5.2 and monitor battery information wirelessly. The device can transmit data within a maximum range of approximately 10 metres when there are no physical obstacles interfering with the Bluetooth signal.

Monitor Up to Six Batteries Simultaneously

The BK400 app allows users to monitor up to six connected batteries at the same time. Individual battery information can be displayed within the application, making it useful when monitoring multiple vehicles or battery systems.

Voltage, Temperature & Battery Status Display

The app provides real-time battery information including voltage and temperature, together with battery status indicators. The interface can display battery levels using low, medium and high status indications for easier monitoring.

Dedicated Cranking Test Function

The BK400 includes a dedicated cranking test for checking battery voltage behaviour during engine starting. The app guides you through the test process, including starting the engine and reviewing the recorded cranking voltage information.

High RPM Voltage Testing

The charging test procedure includes a high-RPM voltage test, allowing battery and charging-system voltage to be monitored while engine speed is increased. The app records the readings and presents the results for easier evaluation.

Charging System Test With Ripple Monitoring

The charging test provides unloaded voltage, loaded voltage and ripple-voltage measurements. The app uses these readings to indicate whether the charging voltage and ripple measurements are within the expected range.

Battery History & Voltage Graphs

The BK400 app can display historical battery information using voltage history graphs. This allows users to observe changes in battery voltage over time rather than relying only on a single real-time reading.

Trip Recording & Scheduled Data Collection

The app includes trip-recording functions that can collect battery information at selected intervals. Users can configure collection frequency, collection duration and scheduled recording tasks to create a longer-term record of battery performance.

Find Car Location Function

The BK400 app includes a Find Car function that can display the last saved vehicle location and provide an estimated distance from that location. This feature is particularly useful when the vehicle has been parked in a large or unfamiliar area.

Important Installation Information

The BK400 is installed directly to the vehicle battery. Connect the red terminal to the positive (+) battery pole and the black terminal to the negative (-) battery pole. Position the monitor where the Bluetooth transmission signal is not obstructed.

The BK400 requires Bluetooth and appropriate location permissions to be enabled on the smartphone for the app's Bluetooth-related functions and notifications to operate correctly.
