Usage Tips

• Before first use, rinse the water tank and run 2-3 brewing cycles with clean water through the machine without inserting coffee.
• Use the correct adaptor for the selected capsule, ESE pod or ground coffee, and make sure it is fully inserted and securely locked before brewing.
• When using ground coffee, do not overfill or compress the coffee too firmly. Lightly level the coffee before inserting the adaptor.
• For a hotter serving temperature, preheat the cup with hot water before brewing. A lower-volume setting will also produce a stronger espresso-style coffee.
• For an Americano-style drink, prepare a short espresso first and add hot water separately.
• For two-capsule milk drinks, prepare each capsule separately according to the capsule manufacturer's instructions. The machine does not include an integrated milk frother.
• Actual serving volume may vary slightly depending on the capsule, coffee type and selected setting.
• Capsules, ESE pods, ground coffee, cups and milk are not included.
