ABOUT THE PRODUCT
The LAMY Safari Blue Fountain Pen in Meteora is a cartridge and converter fountain pen from Lamy's Safari series, supplied as a 2026 Limited Edition in a deep purple finish. It writes with a stainless steel nib and fills from LAMY T10 ink cartridges, with one blue cartridge fitted so the pen is ready to write on arrival. For bottled ink, the pen accepts the LAMY Z28 piston converter, which is purchased separately. The steel nib is part of Lamy's Z50 system and pulls off and pushes on by hand, so the nib width can be changed later without replacing the pen. This edition carries an engraved checkered texture across the barrel and grip section, which is new to the Safari and gives a firmer hold. An ink window shows how much ink remains, and a sprung metal clip holds the pen securely in a pocket or notebook.
