Silent Cooling for LattePanda Mu
The LattePanda Mu Fanless Aluminium Heatsink is designed to dissipate processor heat without the need for a fan. Its substantial aluminium body and closely spaced cooling fins provide a larger surface area for heat transfer, supporting passive cooling in compatible computing applications.
The heatsink includes spring-loaded mounting screws to help secure it to the LattePanda Mu Compute Module.

Installation
- Switch off and disconnect power before installation.
- Remove the protective film from the thermal interface material, if fitted.
- Align the heatsink with the processor and mounting holes.
- Tighten the spring-loaded screws gradually and evenly, following the manufacturer's instructions.
