Important Pouch Capacity Note: Please take note of the maximum pouch thickness allowance (500 microns total). Using any pouch thicker than the maximum allowance may cause jamming and will void the 3-year warranty.

How to Choose the Correct Laminator

1. How many users and how often? Using a laminator more frequently than its intended design can shorten motor life. Choose according to your environment:

Top Tip: Pouch specs indicated as "2x" represent each side of the pouch. For example, 2 x 125 micron = 250 micron total pouch thickness.

Laminating Hints & Tips

• Always Feed Closed End First: Feeding the open side first is the leading cause of jams. Always insert the sealed edge into the machine first.
• Laminating Irregular Shapes: Position items close together near the sealed edge and feed closed-end first. A pouch carrier should be used for multiple irregular shapes.
• Routine Maintenance: Periodically run a cardboard laminator cleaning sheet (without a pouch) through the machine to clear adhesive build-up and prevent jams.
• Never Laminate an Empty Pouch: Running an empty pouch can wrap around internal rollers and cause permanent machine damage.
