Top 3 Frequently Asked Questions

1. Is this strip light dimmable?

   • No, the core specifications for this model indicate it is Non-Dimmable. It is designed to deliver a consistent, powerful blast of light. To use a dimmer, you would typically need a dimmable LED driver and a compatible strip, which is a different product in the LiteMate range.

2. Can I cut this 10-meter strip to a shorter size?

   • Yes, like most LED strips, this one is cuttable. You must only cut the strip at the clearly marked copper cutting points (often indicated by a small scissor icon) to ensure the rest of the strip remains functional.

3. Does the power adapter have the same IP65 rating as the strip?

   • Typically, the flexible strip itself holds the IP65 rating, but the bundled 12V wall plug/adapter is for indoor use only and must be protected from direct water or excessive moisture, even if the strip is installed in a sheltered outdoor location.
