Top 3 Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can I cut the strip light to a shorter length? Yes, the strip light can be safely cut. Look for the small copper contact points marked with a scissor icon every few centimetres along the strip and cut only at these points.

2. Is this strip light dimmable? The strip itself is generally dimmable, but the included standard AC adapter does not support dimming. You would need to purchase an additional 12V LED dimmer switch (and compatible power supply, if not included with the dimmer) to enable this function.

3. Is this light waterproof for outdoor use? No. This model is rated for indoor use only and is not protected against water or moisture. For outdoor applications, you would need a product specifically rated as IP65 or higher.
