Lumi and the Wolf

Lumi is far from excited to stay with her aunt in Lapland - especially because being autistic makes it harder for her to adjust to change. But when Lumi encounters a giant white wolf stalking the village, she befriends the beautiful and dangerous animal. And when the wolf is threatened by trappers, she teams up with her cousin Oskar on an epic adventure to a national park where the wolf will be safe.

Scouting a trail through the snowy wilderness, making camp at hiking cabins - and even trying out saunas and ice-swimming! - Lumi finally feels like she belongs. But will she have the courage to say goodbye to her new friend before it's too late?

A heart-warming, epic adventure by a new and truly inspiring storyteller - about finding connection, even though we are different, and our need to protect nature. For readers of Hannah Gold, Alice Roberts, Elle McNicoll, Michael Morpurgo and His Dark Materials.
