Magnesium Balm with Menthol - 100ml, containing magnesium chloride (Zechstein mined from an underground source in the Netherlands), with soothing and cooling menthol crystals, offers many health benefits and is a wonderful way to supplement your Mg levels. Magnesium is a muscle relaxer that relieves pain and cramps, soothes restless legs, and even improves skin health and elasticity. Ingredients:

- Zechstein Magnesium chloride- a muscle relaxer, aids leg cramps and restless legs syndrome, improves sleep, promotes healthy skin, and is great for overall heart maintenance.

- Distilled water - a highly purified form of H2O created by boiling water into vapor and condensing the steam into a liquid in a separate container.

- Olive oil - a natural antioxidant-rich botanical extract widely used as an emolient to hydrate, soothe, and protect the skin barrier.

- Emulsifying wax NF - a plant-derived non-ionic wax that helps stabilize emulsions

- Stearic acid - a long-chain fatty acid found in natural products, and is a stabilizer in cosmetics.

- Shea butter- a powerful moisturizer that reduces inflammation in the skin, hydrates, and even aids in the appearance of stretch marks and wrinkles.

- Mango butter- provides deep hydration, is anti-inflammatory and great for eczema and dry skin, rich in vitamins A, C, & E, and antioxidants that protect the skin and promote cell regeneration.

- Stearic acid - a naturally occurring saturated fatty acid used as a thickening, emulsifier and stabilizer. It improves the spreadability of creams in an emulsion.

- Menthol crystals - this provides a cooling, soothing, and refreshing feel whilst relieving tired and sore feet.

- Glycerine - a humectant used for deep hydration that helps to protect the skin barrier.

- Jojoba oil - an excellent moisturizer that can soothe skin and sunburn, and is non-comedogenic. It regulates sebum production, preventing dry and oily skin conditions, and can help reduce wrinkles. It has anti-inflammatory properties, treats acne effectively, and can reduce the potential for scarring.

- Cetyl alcohol - a fatty alcohol derived from vegetable oils used as an emolient, thickener, and emulsifier, helping bind oil and water in emulsions.
