Major Tech 200A AC Clamp Meter (MT700)

The MT700 is a CAT IV 600V, 2000 count True RMS 200A AC digital clamp meter with indication on a large backlit negative LCD display, with a clamp jaw opening of 16mm. A superb feature for electricians is the ability to simultaneously measure current and voltage and view both readings on the LCD display. The MT700 measures AC and DC voltage up to 1000V and displays the reading on both the LED and LCD display. This open jaw clamp meter is designed to assist in the ease of measuring current in crowded or tight cable areas, as the jaws need only be pushed over the wire to obtain accurate readings. Added features include resistance measurements, Rotary Field Indication, continuity buzzer, data hold, built-in flashlight plus Non-Contact Voltage detection. Housed in a modern double moulded rubber housing with a rugged design for heavy duty use.
