Manfrotto's 500PLong Video Camera Plate is a long version of the standard plate that comes with the Manfrotto MVH500A and MVA500AH, allowing you more balance adjustment on the head than is available with the standard plate. The plate features approximately 4" of travel, and the tie-down slot provides over 2" of adjustment.

The plate includes both 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 tie-down screws and a removable anti-rotation pin. The top of the plate features rubber strips that help to prevent your camera from spinning on top of the plate.
