Maxim Integrated (MAX13235EETP+) Transceiver RS232, 3V-5.5V supply

Product Overview
The MAX13235EETP+ is a ±15KV ESD protected, 3Mbps, RS232 transceiver with low voltage interface in 20 pin TQFN package. This 2x2 RS232 and V.28/V.24 transceiver with high speed data rate of 3Mbps operates from either a 3.3V or 5V supply. It has an AutoShutdown Plus feature that achieves 1µA shutdown current and reduces power consumption. The device automatically enters a low power shutdown mode when the RS232 cable is disconnected or the device driving the transmitter and receiver inputs are inactive for more than 30 seconds.
