1. Is the 12L model enough for my whole house? The 12L is perfectly sized for 1–3 bedroom homes or apartments. If you have a larger property with more than 3 bedrooms or a very damp basement, we recommend stepping up to the 25L Arete One for faster moisture removal.

2. Can I use the air purifier without the dehumidifier? Yes. You can run the unit in AP (Air Purifier) Mode, which turns off the compressor and only runs the fan through the HEPA filter. This is perfect for the hay fever season when you don't need to remove moisture.

3. Does it come with a drainage hose? It does not include a hose, but it comes with a hose adapter in the tank lid. This allows you to attach a standard 12.5mm garden hose for continuous drainage into a sink or drain.
