Medal Acrylotex Four in One PVA is a good quality fine texture paint, suitable for exterior surfaces. This product is a primer and flexible topcoat all in one and has been developed with bonding properties to adhere to poor plaster surfaces, it also has excellent filling and water-resistant properties.
