Medlife Product's Energy Booster Supplement is a premium blend of adaptogenic mushrooms, herbal stimulants, and cannabinoid support designed to enhance endurance, mental clarity, and resilience to stress-without the crash associated with synthetic stimulants.
- At the heart of the formula is Cordyceps (100mg), a medicinal mushroom celebrated for its ability to improve oxygen uptake, ATP production, and physical performance. Studies show Cordyceps sinensis and militaris can enhance aerobic capacity and reduce fatigue, making it a powerful natural ergogenic aid [1,2].
- Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) (100mg) supports sustained energy through stress modulation. Rather than offering a spike in alertness, Reishi works to balance the HPA (hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal) axis, reducing fatigue linked to chronic stress and improving baseline energy levels over time [3]. It also has immune-modulating effects that contribute to overall vitality and recovery.
- Green Tea extract (100mg), standardised for natural caffeine and L-theanine, provides clean, sustained stimulation. The modest caffeine content promotes alertness and metabolic activity, while L-theanine buffers the effects, improving focus without jitters or overstimulation [4]. Together, they support both cognitive performance and endurance.
- Rhodiola rosea (100mg) is one of the most well-studied adaptogens for combating mental and physical fatigue. Research has shown that Rhodiola can reduce perceived exertion, improve concentration under stress, and enhance work capacity during periods of high demand [5,6]. It exerts these effects through its influence on neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine, as well as cortisol regulation.
- Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) (100mg) contributes high antioxidant content and adaptogenic support. While it does 't act as a stimulant, it promotes mitochondrial health and immune resilience, helping the body adapt to energetic demands [7]. It may also support detoxification and cellular repair, important for long-term energy maintenance.
- Eleuthero (Siberian Ginseng) (100mg), a classic adaptogen, has been used for centuries to increase stamina, reduce fatigue, and enhance physical and mental resilience. Clinical trials support its use in improving work capacity, reaction time, and resistance to stress-induced exhaustion [8,9].
- Completing the formula is CBD (20mg) with <0.001% THC, which may seem counterintuitive in an energy formula but plays a key role in reducing stress-induced fatigue, supporting mood stability, and regulating circadian rhythm. CBD's adaptogenic and anxiolytic effects help reduce the mental " drag; that can interfere with productivity and motivation, particularly in stressful environments [10,11].
Together, this unique synergy of mushrooms, herbs, and cannabinoids promotes clean energy, enhanced endurance, and balanced mental clarity-without the peaks and crashes of conventional energy supplements.
