Description
This mini DC-DC boost converter module steps up low DC input voltage to a 12V output. It is a low-voltage DC powered module and must not be connected to mains electricity. Input voltage range is DC 2.6-6V, output is DC 12V plus or minus 3%, with maximum output of 12V/500mA. Working frequency is 1 MHz, typical efficiency 84%-91%, quiescent current 0.19mA. It includes over current, over voltage, short circuit and over temperature protection. Size is about 13 x 11 x 5.2mm and weight about 2g.
