Description
Mister Tjoppie - Non-stick Multipurpose Cooking Mat
Enjoy a braai without the mess! Mister Tjoppie's Reusable Braai Sheet is the ultimate non-stick, no mess braai companion. It's a super thin, yet tough and flexible sheet made of a composite Fluoro Polymer that combines two high-grade coatings encapsulated around a fabric interior. This surgical grade composite is completely PFAO ( Perfluorooctanoic acid) free as tested in laboratories and is in compliance with the FDA (Americas) and LGFB (Europe). The result is a high-tech, non-stick, oil-free, fat-free cooking experience that keeps your braai and grill clean. It is reusable, reversible and easy to clean. Mister Tjoppie's braai sheet can be cut to any size you require for your braai and is certified to handle temperatures up to 288 degrees Celsius. Ideal for braaing sticky, marinated, notoriously fragile and delicate foods like fish and seafood to chops and steak. It's also great for vegetables, sandwiches and baking pancakes, fruit and other desserts. All of this without losing the braai flavour or the grill marks, whether you braai on gas or coals.
