ASSEMBLY & USAGE GUIDE:

• Step 1 - Assemble the Rails - The kit includes 3 carbon steel rails that need to be assembled to form the 1.5m track. Follow the included instructions.
• Step 2 - Measure and Mark - Ensure the distance from the door edge to the hole of the door hangers is 1-2/5". The door shaft should be perpendicular to the hole of the mounting hangers.
• Step 3 - Install the Track - Mount the assembled track to the wall or header using the pipe clamps and screws. Ensure it is level and secure.
• Step 4 - Attach Hinges to Door - Attach the 3 hinges to your door panel (not included). Follow the hinge placement guidelines.
• Step 5 - Hang the Door - Attach the roller hangers to the door and hang the door onto the track. Adjust as needed.
• Step 6 - Install Stopper and Sway Stop - Fit the stopper and sway stop to prevent the door from sliding too far and to reduce vibration.
• Step 7 - Install Floor Guide - Fit the floor guide to keep the door stable. No punching required on the ground.
• Step 8 - Test Operation - Open and close the door to ensure smooth, quiet operation. Adjust hardware if necessary.

• Measure carefully - Ensure the distance from the door edge to the hanger hole is 1-2/5" for proper operation.
• Assemble rails first - The 3 rails need to be assembled to form the 1.5m track. Follow instructions.
• Check wall strength - Ensure the wall or header can support the weight of the door and hardware.
• Lubricate periodically - Apply a light lubricant to the roller bearings for smooth, quiet operation.
• Tighten screws securely - Check all screws and clamps after installation and periodically thereafter.
