The Factory Tie: To ensure the gate stays rigid during shipping, there is a plastic tie strap holding the door closed. Please do not cut this tie until the gate is placed in the doorway and the wall cups are firmly pressed against the walls. Once the gate is secured, you may carefully cut the tie!!!
