INSTALLATION GUIDE

Step 1 - Check Wall Suitability: This kit can only be used on a sturdy wall, such as a brick wall or concrete wall. If installing on a non-load-bearing wall like a hollow brick wall, concrete/wood support may be required.

Step 2 - Prepare the Wall: If there are baseboards/door casings on the wall, it is recommended to add carpentry decorative boards and extension accessories.

Step 3 - Measure & Mark: Measure and mark the position for the track. To avoid measurement errors, please ensure to leave an additional 1cm of space during budget calculation. The default size is for a door panel thickness of 4-4.5cm and a smooth wall without protrusions.

Step 4 - Install the Track: Secure the carbon steel tracks to the wall using the M8 wall screw sets. Ensure the track is level and firmly fixed.

Step 5 - Assemble the Door Hangers: Attach the large roller hangers to the top of your door using the M10 door panel screw sets. Ensure they are centred and secure.

Step 6 - Hang the Door: Lift the door onto the track. Check that the rollers sit correctly on the track.

Step 7 - Install Anti-Jump Discs & Stoppers: Fit the anti-jump discs and stoppers at the desired positions on the track to prevent the door from rolling too far and to keep the rollers secure.

Step 8 - Install the Floor Guide: Fix the floor guide to the floor to keep the door stable and prevent swinging.

Step 9 - Install the Damping Device: Attach the damping device to the track according to the instructions. Test the door operation - it should glide smoothly and slow down gently at the end of travel.

Step 10 - Final Check: Ensure all screws are tight, the door rolls smoothly, and the damper works correctly. Adjust as needed.
