ASSEMBLY & USAGE GUIDE:

• Step 1 - Open the Case - Unlatch the case and open the lid. Remove the foam layers.
• Step 2 - Plan Your Layout - Arrange your equipment on the pre-cut foam to decide the best layout.
• Step 3 - Customize the Foam - Pluck or cut the pre-cut foam to match the shape of your items. Leave enough foam around each item for protection.
• Step 4 - Place Your Gear - Insert your equipment into the cutouts. Ensure it sits snugly and securely.
• Step 5 - Replace Egg Carton Foam - Place the egg carton foam layer on top of your equipment for extra impact protection.
• Step 6 - Close & Secure - Close the lid and secure the latches. Use the padlock slots if additional security is needed (padlocks not included).
• Step 7 - Use the Pressure Valve - If travelling through altitude changes, use the pressure valve to equalise pressure before opening.
• Step 8 - Store or Travel - Use the case for storage or transport. The IP67 rating protects your gear from water and dust.

QUICK TIPS:

• Customize the foam carefully - Cut slightly smaller than your item for a snug fit. Leave at least 1cm of foam around each item.
• Use the egg carton foam - Always place the top foam layer over your equipment for extra impact protection.
• Check the seal - Ensure the rubber gasket is clean and undamaged before closing. A dirty or damaged seal can affect waterproofing.
• Use padlocks for security - The case has two padlock slots. Use standard padlocks to secure your gear (not included).
• Pressure valve - Use the valve when travelling through altitude changes to equalise pressure and make opening easier.
• Clean with a damp cloth - Wipe the exterior and interior with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.
• Store properly - Keep in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight.
• Not for underwater use - IP67 protects against dust and water immersion up to 1 metre for 30 minutes. Not designed for underwater use.
