My Wellness Hemp Protein is gluten and lactose-free and very easy to digest, and it is also suitable for those who have these food intolerances. Hemp protein has a high protein content of 50% and is mainly used by athletes and vegans. In addition, hemp protein is an excellent source of antioxidants and omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. The high fibre content and high micronutrient density make hemp protein a true superfood.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Mix two tablespoons in your salad, breakfast muesli, or any other snacks.
We recommend 4 tablespoons daily.
