DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Dissolve one heaped scoop into 250ml of hot water in a mug or soup bowl. Add any herbs or croutons or extra spices to taste. Enjoy as a hot broth any time during the day as well as post workout. To avoid clumping make sure to add the broth to the hot water not the water to the broth. Stir vigorously.
