My Wellness Stay Golden Collagen is Type 1 and Type 3 Hydrolyzed Collagen and it stimulates the production of Type 2 in the body. Because beauty comes from within, it is essential that one supplies the correct nutrients for healthy skin, hair and nails. Stay Golden Collagen provides the necessary collagen to assist in providing elasticity to the skin, strong hair and nails, as well supply the anti-oxidants needed to keep skin glowing.

Vitamin C is a known free radical scavenger which is why this has been included in this formula along with the king of superfoods: baobab powder. BAOBAB: is the fruit of Africa's 'Tree of Life". It is almost 50% fibre (two thirds soluble and one third insoluble, making it a powerful prebiotic) and contains more antioxidants than any other whole fruit.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Add one scoop (20g) to approx 200ml of water and shake or blend until powder is fully dissolved. Consume one serving at any time during the day or post training.
