Nechung, el Oraculo del Dalai Lama

An unprecedented look at the oracular rites of Tibetan Buddhism, this biography examines the life of Thubten Ngodup, at once a humble monk as well as the mouthpiece of the fearsome god Dordje Dragden--and, as such, a prophet to the Dalai Lama and the Tibetan government in exile. The picture that emerges is that of a mystical, mysterious, and wholly magical Tibet.
