Usage Instructions

Dissolve 20g (4 heaped teaspoons) in 200ml hot water,

stir well & enjoy.

For a creamier cup: Dissolve 20g (4 heaped teaspoons) in 100 ml hot water & 100 ml 2% low fat hot milk, stir well & enjoy.
