NEWAVRO USB-C to Display Port Female Adapter 15cm, 8K 60Hz USB C

Connect a compatible USB-C device to a DisplayPort screen with this NEWAVRO 15cm adapter. Its USB-C male plug connects to your source device, while the full-size DisplayPort female socket accepts a separate DP cable. The short black-and-white braided lead and blue-grey housings keep the adapter section compact beside a laptop, tablet or phone. DisplayPort 1.4 and support for up to 8K at 60Hz make it an option for a suitably equipped display setup.

FEATURES

- USB-C male to DisplayPort female: A short adapter for connecting a USB-C video source to a DisplayPort display using a separate DP cable.

- Up to 8K at 60Hz: Supports this maximum video mode with a compatible setup. Actual resolution and refresh rate depend on the source device, DP cable and display.

- DisplayPort 1.4: This model provides a DP 1.4 connection in a USB-C-to-DisplayPort female adapter format.

- 15cm short-lead format: Keeps the adapter section close to your device while a separately selected DP cable provides the reach to the screen.

- Braided outer jacket: The black-and-white woven cable cover gives this short adapter a distinctive finish, with black strain-relief sections at both housings.

- Aluminium alloy housings: Blue-grey aluminium connector housings accompany the braided lead and the two different connector ends.

- Copper conductors and foil shielding: Pure copper conductors and aluminium foil shielding form part of the cable construction.

EVERYDAY USE AND OCCASIONS

- Home-office documents: View work from a compatible laptop on a larger DP monitor at your desk.

- Tablet presentations: Share slides from a tablet with USB-C video output on a meeting-room DisplayPort monitor.

- Phone photo viewing: Browse photographs on a larger screen from a phone that supports DisplayPort Alt Mode.

- Study sessions: Display notes or reading material from a compatible source device on a desk monitor.

- Creative previews: Review images or a project preview on a connected DP screen while working from a compatible device.

- Laptop gaming setups: Connect a compatible laptop to a DP gaming monitor and select a video mode supported by the full setup; available refresh rates depend on the equipment used.

COMPATIBILITY

- The source device's USB-C port must support DisplayPort Alt Mode video output. A USB-C connector alone does not confirm video compatibility.

- The receiving display must have a DisplayPort input. A separate DisplayPort cable is required and is not included.

- Check the video-output specification of your laptop, tablet or phone before ordering. This listing does not promise compatibility with every USB-C device.

USE AND CARE

- Connect the USB-C plug to a compatible video-output port on the source device.

- Connect a suitable DP cable between the adapter's female socket and the display's DisplayPort input.

- Use a resolution and refresh rate supported by the source, cable and display.

WHY CHOOSE NEWAVRO

- A short adapter with a separate-cable connection: This NEWAVRO model combines a 15cm lead with a DP female socket, letting you choose a separate DP cable for the distance to your screen.

- Easy to keep with your equipment: The short braided lead and compact connector housings make this adapter a practical addition to a laptop or tablet kit, ready to pair with a separate DP cable.
