Gas lifts are one of the components that wear and tears quite quickly and normally
does not fall under the warranty cover.

Gas lifts have different Diameter sizes, 50mm in diameter is the standard size of the most commonly used office Chairs,
and the length of how the gas lifts can push your chair up for, may also depend how high the chair base is and how deep the gas lift fit into the base, so it will be best that you have take measurement of your current one, to compare with the ones we have available before purchase.

NOTE:
To put in a new gas is not difficult but to remove the old one will be a challenge.
A rubber mallet hammer will be recommended to be used to avoid other smashing damages,
otherwise metal hammer will do the job as well in removing the gas from the base and mechanism.
Q20 Lubrication can be applied before removing the gas off from the base and the mech,
It helps a lot!

PLEASE REMEMBER TO REMOVE THE SAFETY LID ON THE GAS BEFORE INSTALLATION
OTHERWISE, IT WILL NOT SERVE THE HEIGHT-ADJUSTABLE FUNCTION!
