Olympic Barbell Collars - 50mm - High Tensile - Quick Release Clamps - Pair

The Ligum Fight Gear Olympic Barbell Collars secure weight plates against 50mm Olympic barbell sleeves, helping prevent plates from shifting during lifts. This keeps the load more stable through squats, deadlifts, presses, cleans and functional training movements, reducing the need to stop and reposition plates between sets.

The quick-release locking system is designed for fast plate changes. Slide each collar into position, close the lever to clamp it around the sleeve, then lift the release tab when the set is complete. This makes it easier to move between warm-up sets, working weights and drop sets without wasting time on threaded or slow-adjusting closures.

Constructed from high-strength nylon and reinforced plastic, the collars combine a rigid outer body with integrated pressure pads that grip the bar sleeve when locked. The hinged design closes evenly around the bar, keeping the collar seated firmly against the plates without adding unnecessary weight to the setup.

The wide lever is easy to operate between sets, including during high-volume sessions where frequent load changes are required. Once locked, the collar helps maintain plate position during both controlled strength work and more dynamic barbell movements.

The Ligum Fight Gear Olympic Barbell Collars are a practical addition to any Olympic barbell setup. They improve loading efficiency, reduce plate movement and make weight changes faster, giving lifters a more stable and organised training setup from the first warm-up set to the final working set.
