On-Stage HN5A Hickory 5A Nylon Tip Drumsticks

• The On-Stage Precision Series Hickory 5A Nylon Tip Drumsticks are a high-durability, value-optimized percussion solution engineered to deliver balanced rebound, excellent structural resilience, and maximum cymbal clarity.
• Fabricated from premium American hickory wood, this industry-standard 5A-profile pair serves as a budget-friendly powerhouse that bridges the gap between raw training utility and live stage performance.
• They are meticulously tailored for beginning drummers, student percussionists, rehearsal studios, and school band programs requiring an affordable, resilient stick capable of handling multiple musical genres without warping, shearing, or splitting.
• Operating as an exceptional acoustic driver for acoustic and electronic drum kits alike, the sticks take full advantage of the natural shock-absorbent properties of hickory to aggressively reduce hand fatigue during long, high-velocity practice sessions.
• While traditional wood tips are prone to fraying, softening, and losing definition over time, these sticks feature a hard-wearing, teardrop-shaped nylon tip that yields a bright, highly articulated attack on cymbals and a focused punch on snare heads.
• Utilizing seasoned, kiln-dried structural wood that maintains an ideal weight-to-flex ratio, this utility pair provides predictable handling and swift, precise speed across the entire drum kit.

Features

• Authentic American Hickory Construction: Fabricated from high-tensile, shock-absorbent hickory wood.
• This organic structure features a natural physical flex that softens heavy rimshot impacts while providing the dense backbone needed for fast, heavy drumming.
• Teardrop-Shaped Nylon Articulation Tips: Engineered with a tough, molded nylon crown firmly anchored to the wood neck.
• This specialized tip shape delivers a bright, focused, and glassy tone across ride cymbals and maximum clarity on hi-hat tracks.
• Classic Universal 5A Physical Geometry: Formulated around a versatile 16-inch length with a comfortable 0.565-inch diameter.
• This industry-standard size sits perfectly between thin jazz rods and heavy rock mallets, accommodating everything from pop to rock and jazz playing styles.
• Responsive Medium Taper Alignment: Designed with a smooth, balanced center-line shoulder transition. This taper profile produces a rapid, predictable rebound off the drum head, helping developing players master double-stroke rolls and stick articulation control.
• Seasoned & Air Kiln-Dried Stability: Built with premium wood grains that are slowly dried, sanded, and sealed with a clear protective coating.
• This advanced conditioning process ensures the wood resists moisture changes and completely prevents warping during transit or storage.
• Value-Matched Performance Grade: Manufactured with strict structural standards to maximize budget efficiency for working drummers and music programs.
• They offer long-lasting durability and professional-tier tracking characteristics at a highly accessible price point.
