Modes

Training Mode: Good for people with sensitive teeth or gums, for those new to power brushing, or younger kids aged 4-5 years.
Clean Mode: Perfect for everyday cleaning, suitable for most kids aged 6-9 years.
Power Mode: Powerful cleaning comparable to an adult toothbrush, great for teens and older kids aged 10 years and above.

Progress Tracker

Dentists recommend brushing for 2 minutes twice a day. To help with this, the Sonic Kids toothbrush has progress lights on the back - they light up as you make your way through a brushing cycle. Every 30 seconds a new light starts pulsing and after 2 minutes the lights flash in succession to let you know you're done.

In addition to the progress lights, the toothbrush also provides audio and haptic feedback, to help ensure you brush all your teeth thoroughly. When a single tune plays it's a reminder to brush both inner and outer tooth surfaces. When a double tune plays it's a reminder to change to a new quadrant.

If there are interruptions to brushing, the brushing cycle can be paused and your progress will be saved for 60 seconds, along with any progress lights that have been earned.

Audio-haptic feedback can be deactivated if required.

Includes Two Brush Heads

Oval brush head: Ideal for most kids, gentle on teeth and gums, yet effective at removing nasty plaque.
Round brush head: Perfect for smaller mouths, as a delicate way to build a healthy brushing routine.

Battery Life

The battery life varies depending on which mode you use:

Training Mode: Up to 12 weeks
Clean Mode: 6+ weeks
Power Mode: Up to 5 weeks

This is based on brushing for the dentist-recommended two minutes, twice daily.

The toothbrush remembers the last mode you used, so next time you use it, all you need to do is press the power button and you're good to go.
