Mixing Instructions:

Add 500 ml - 1000 ml cold water to your shaker or water bottle.

Add 1 Sachet of PEAK Hydrate (9 g)

Shake for 10 seconds

Too Salty? Vary the amount of water used to get the desired taste.

When To Take:

PEAK Hydrate can be taken daily to ensure your daily hydration needs are met. Expecting to sweat that bit more? Take a second sachet to help put back those electrolytes. Do not exceed 2 sachets per day.
