Key ingredients include: 3g of L-Arginine, 3g of Creatine monohydrate, 2g of L-Carnitine and 175mg of caffeine which is naturally sourced.
Directions: Adults: Mix one rounded scoop (18 g) with 250 ml to 300 ml of cold water or your favourite beverage in a shaker bottle and mix well. Taken once daily. Consume 15-20 minutes before exercise. For maximum effect of L-Carnitine, consume 2-4 hours before exercise. Do not use 4 hours before bedtime.
