The knotted wire cup brush from PFERD offers a very aggressive brushing effect. It is well suited for heavy-duty brushing such as deburring, cleaning and derusting on large surface. PFERD’s unique COMBITWIST design reduces the possibility of the knots unravelling during operations, and so doing offer maximum economic efficiency due to the extended service life. The COMBITWIST design ensure smooth brushing and handling with minimum brush recoiling and overall improved operator comfort and safety.

Brush filament is manufactured using 1.4310 Stainless Steel wire which makes it the ideal solution for stainless steel (INOX) applications.

Operating instruction:
- Observe the recommended rotational speed – Maximum operating speed is : 12 500 RPM
- Ensure correct and suitable personal protective equipment is worn while using the tool.
- Optimum operating RPM: 5 000 – 12 500 RPM.
- It is recommended to reduce the rotational speed when working on stainless steel to reduce heat build-up within the brushing area.
- Only use grinding machines that are intended for use with the relevant tool.
- Avoid material cross contamination.
