Operating Instructions:
- Observe the following recommended rotational speed:
Steel and Cast Steel < 38 HRC: 48 000 – 64 000 RPM
Steel and Cast Steel > 38 HRC: 27 000 – 37 000 RPM
Stainless Steel: 27 000 – 37 000 RPM
Soft Non Ferrous Metals: 48 000 – 64 000 RPM
Hard Non Ferrous Metals: 27 000 – 37 000 RPM
High Temperature Resistant Materials: 27 000 – 37 000 RPM
Cast Iron: 48 000 – 64 000 RPM

Maximum Overhang = 10mm
Clamping Depth = 20mm
For optimum performance use machines with a power output of 75 - 300 watts.
Only use machines that are intended for use with the relevant tool.
The burr surface in contact with the workpiece should not exceed 1/3 of the total burr circumference. This will prevent tooth breakage due to excessive vibration and chattering.
Ensure correct and suitable personal protective equipment is worn while using the tool.
